The free 80-page W Lifestyle│Living│Business magazine has been designed to appeal to both businesses and consumers.
Chris Musgrave, Chief Executive of Wynyard Park Ltd, said: “We have created a publication that reflects the vision of Wynyard Park as we move into the next phase of our development.
“While our business park is rapidly expanding and evolving – we now have 1,500 people and over 60 companies on site, our plans to create a mixed use sustainable community that includes a hospital, homes, shops and leisure facilities are also well underway
“The magazine gives us the perfect platform from which to bring our brand – Lifestyle│Living│Business – to life.”
The first edition brings together the very best in fashion, beauty and grooming, interiors, food and drink and travel, as well as celebrity interviews. .Burning business issues and features with key figures from across the North East are also covered, alongside the region’s most exclusive events and the best in art, books, film, music and theatre.
The quarterly magazine has been produced by Wynyard Park-based Velvet Communications and the winter edition is currently in production, ahead of distribution in mid-November.
Matt Johnson, Wynyard Park Ltd’s Development Manager, said: “A lot of thought and effort has gone into producing the magazine and we are delighted with the result.
“The initial print run is 5,500 copies but we hope to increase that in the future. Copies are being hand-delivered, with distribution taking in a range of high-profile locations. These include airports, hotels and restaurants, retail outlets, leisure centres and civic buildings as well as residential areas across the region.”
