Rob is London-bound!

Rob Dickens of Nortech Solutions receives his prize from Kimberley Anderson, Wynyard Park’s Executive Support Manager.

Electrical engineer Rob Dickens is looking forward to a free trip to London – courtesy of the owners of the Teesside business park where he works.

He won the prize which offers a pair of return rail tickets, overnight accommodation and a visit to the Tower of London to view the Crown Jewels, in a draw organised by Wynyard Park Ltd to mark the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.

Rob, a senior manager with engineering and project management company Nortech Solutions, was actually on holiday in Majorca when he picked up an e-mail informing him of his good fortune.

He said: “It was a lovely surprise and just the sort of e-mail that you want to receive – especially when you are already on holiday!”

Tenant companies were invited to enter the prize draw when staff from 700-acre Wynyard Park visited them to distribute some typically British gifts to celebrate the Queen’s 60-year reign.

Kimberley Anderson, Wynyard Park’s Executive Support Manager, said: ““We like to regularly show our tenants just how much we appreciate them, and we felt that the celebrations around the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee provided us with a perfect opportunity to do that.

The close links that we have with our tenants and the level of support that we are able to offer them is something that sets us apart from most other business locations.”

Rob who lives in Guisborough, agreed, saying: “Wynyard Park certainly knows how to look after its tenant companies. We have been with other landlords but they are streets ahead here.”

Wynyard Park is currently home to around 60 companies and it supports some 2,000 jobs.
