About Us

Wynyard Park Ltd is a Joint Venture company between Helios Properties, Kilmartin Property Group and JC Musgrave. The company was formed in 2005 with the purpose to create the high class 700 acre mixed use development, Wynyard Park.

With the involvement of the 3 joint venture partners WPL are able draw upon a broad range of expertise and experience.  Helios Properties plc (backed by a major Saudi Arabian investment group) has a proven track record with a number of commercial development projects on a European basis, with specialist knowledge of the distribution sector.  Kilmartin Property Group has a current portfolio of investment and development projects with an end value in excess of £1billion encompassing all commercial sectors, with HBoS plc as their major funding partner.  JC Musgrave Ltd has a broad portfolio of properties around the North East of England and is involved in several major projects and joint ventures partnerships.
