The company was established in 2005 and has rapidly progressed and accelerated the development of a high quality mixed use community, situated in the heart of the Tees Valley.
The company specialise in property development and has overseen the delivery of the construction of over 1million sq ft of commercial property, accommodating over 2000 employees and 60 businesses, with several hundred homes being constructed with a range of exclusive supporting facilities and services.

Historically farmland the Wynyard estate came to prominence in 1846 with the construction of Wynyard Hall and the surrounding parkland which was under the control of the Londonderry family for several generations. In 1987 the Wynyard Estate was sold to Sir John Hall, who embarked upon renovating the Hall and building a prestigious housing development on the surrounding land. Part of the estate to the North of the A689 was later sold in 1995 to Samsung electronics.
In 1995 Samsung announced plans to build their European Electronics HQ at Wynyard, Teesside. Samsung built 325,000sq ft of accommodation and by 1998 the company employed nearly 3000 people however in the following years, due toeconomic changes in the global market, the expansion plans were abandoned and they closed down operations. Samsungleft the area in 2005 with the loss of around 400 jobs.
In 2004/2005 Wynyard Park negotiated an off market deal for the acquisition of the 200 acre Samsung site (including the existing buildings with vacant possession) and the neighbouring 500 acres of undeveloped land under the ownership of Sir John Hall, with the aim and vision of creating a high quality mixed use development.
In the following years the vision of a unique community where people could work, rest and play progressed rapidly. Wynyard Park oversaw the delivery of over 1 million sq ft of commercial accommodation and attracted a diverse range of multi disciplined occupiers to the site. More recently the offering has expanded and planning permission has been attained for several hundred homes and supporting facilities and services, all of which are being constructed in line with a
