Kids 1st Creche:

Wynyard Park has agreed with Kids 1st to develop a 108 place child care facility on site.  The plans have currently been submitted for planning approval with a decision expected early 2007.

The purpose built facility, aimed at delivering high quality childcare for pre school youngsters will offer outside areas to play and have a wide range of equipment in natural materials for climbing and playing on to encourage creative play.

Wynyard Park see this type of service as an essential part of the vision to create the perfect environment for businesses in an area of sustainable development.

Hotel and Public House:

Development plans are underway (subject to planning permission) for the creation of a hotel and pub on Wynyard Park.  An pre sale agreement has been reached with a major operator to build and manage the development.

The plans detail a 100 room hotel to meet the needs of the modern business guest through its variety of rooms and suites, plus first-rate facilities and services. This will include a conference venue, incorporating a boardroom with the latest audio-visual equipment, as well as a wide range of concierge services and a high-quality restaurant that will also be open to non-residents.

An high quality pub with a landscaped beer garden will sit alongside the hotel, catering for business guests and their families as well as local visitors.
