Site access is monitored and controlled via a manned gatehouse, with every vehicle recorded when entering or exiting the site. Routine staggered patrols are also in operation across the full site.
Throughout Wynyard Park the latest infrared CCTV equipment, covering all buildings and common areas, has been installed and is continuously monitored by security personnel, ensuring a secure environment for both visitors and tenants.
Site tenants also benefit from secure building access control systems, permitting or restricting access to buildings for specific staff or non tenants.
