Facilities Management:
Wynyard Park are now able to offer a range of services to assist companies in all areas of building and maintenance issues to minimise the need for external contractors and services. Our dedicated facilities management work closely with a large number of highly skilled contractors and can call upon their expertise, whilst effectively managing the process from the outset through to completion.
Services range from building management, fit out and maintenance to handyman duties.

Kids 1st Nursery:
Kids 1st are now in occupation of a state of the art day nursery at Wynyard Park.
The purpose built facility, aimed at delivering high quality childcare for pre school youngsters will offer outside areas to play and have a wide range of equipment in natural materials for climbing and playing on to encourage creative play.

Hotel and Public House:
Development plans are underway (subject to planning permission) for the creation of a hotel and pub on Wynyard Park. A pre sale agreement has been reached with a major operator to build and manage the development.
The plans detail a 100 room hotel to meet the needs of the modern business guest through its variety of rooms and suites, plus first-rate facilities and services.
A high quality pub with a landscaped beer garden will sit alongside the hotel, catering for business guests and their families as well as local visitors.
Plantation Court Commercial Zone:
Development plans are underway (subject to planning permission) for the creation of a commercial zone to service tenants of the business park. It is proposed this scheme, called Plantation Court, will sit next to the pub and hotel development.
