The manorial lands and estates of the Tees Valley have shaped the area establishing lush pastureland and forests that have sustained farming and the industries within the region for hundreds of years. Wynyard Park plays a key role within the region, sitting comfortably between the urban conurbations of Durham and Tees Valley, strategically located to the main commercial centres and major transport links and yet within a stones throw of rolling countryside, two national parks and the beautiful market towns and villages of Northumberland, Durham and Tees Valley as well as North Yorkshire and the Yorkshire Dales.
